The Rotary Club of Sandy Springs received the Club of the Year Award for 2014-15 during the District Conference in Jekyll Island. President Gene Jordan brought the blue banner home to the Club during the April 27, 2015 luncheon meeting. Present during the meeting were District Governor-Elect Bob Hagan and DG Lou Alvarado. Kathy Brandt of the Dunwoody Rotary Club was also in attendance. The club celebrated the big win with a champagne toast.
