City of Sandy Springs' Mayor Rusty Paul, a member of the Rotary Club of Sandy Springs, Issued Proclamation Declaring February 14th as "Rotary Has Heart Day" for Rotary Club of Sandy Springs. At the February 2, 2016 City Council of Sandy Springs meeting, Mayor Rusty Paul issued a proclamation which declared February 14, 2016 as Rotary Has Heart Day. The City Council meets at 7840 Roswell Road, Suite 500. Rotarians are encouraged to attend the event which begins at 6:00 PM. Rotary Has Heart Day is a Zone 33 and 34 program, and Rotary Clubs throughout the Zone (about 1600 clubs having over 67,500 members over 8 states and 20 Caribbean countries) have planned special events on or around Valentine's Day to show that Rotary Has Heart.
