On June 9, 2014, 2013-2014 District Governor Blake McBurney visited the Rotary Club of Sandy Springs to offer his congratulations for the club's hard work, which reaped us the Club of the Year Award, and to personally present President Jim Squire with the Sheffield Award plaque which Jim Squire won for his exemplary year as club president of the Rotary Club of Sandy Springs. Blake McBurney was joined by the club's Assistant Governor, Lou Alvarado.
