The 2nd Annual Sandy Springs Oktoberfest was held on Saturday October 27th at Heritage Sandy Springs. Featured German beer and food from Petit Violette, live music from Old School Band and the Bavarian Express. The Dachshund Dash and the Stein Hoisting contests were fun. Sandy Springs May Rusty Paul tapped the ceremonial keg to begin the event. Weather cooperated with only a few short drizzles, then was dry for the entire afternoon.
